At Neuroceptive Technologies LLP, we strive to ensure our merchants and users are completely satisfied with the Handy Receipts platform. This policy outlines our guidelines for subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds.
1. 14-Day Free Pilot
We offer a 14-Day Risk-Free Pilot for our merchant SaaS platform (the Windows Companion App). During this period, merchants can evaluate the software, test its integration with their billing systems, and experience the full features of the platform completely free of charge.
No credit card is required to begin the 14-Day Pilot. Therefore, no charges will be applied during this trial period.
2. Subscription Payments
After the 14-Day Pilot concludes, merchants who wish to continue using Handy Receipts must subscribe to the annual plan (currently priced at ₹1200 for the first year). Because we provide a fully functional free trial to evaluate the software prior to purchase, all subscription payments made after the trial are considered final and non-refundable.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Merchant Subscriptions: You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support team. Cancellation will prevent any future renewals from being billed to your account.
- Access after Cancellation: If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to the Handy Receipts platform until the end of your current paid billing cycle.
- No Prorated Refunds: We do not offer prorated refunds for mid-year cancellations.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may only be considered under the following exceptional circumstances, at the sole discretion of Neuroceptive Technologies LLP:
- Multiple or duplicate charges caused by a technical error on our payment gateway.
- The software is proven to be completely non-functional on your system immediately after purchase, and our technical support team is unable to resolve the issue within 7 business days.
5. Requesting a Refund
If you believe you qualify for a refund under our exceptional circumstances, please contact us at contact@handyreceipts.co.in within 7 days of the transaction. Please include your Business Name, transaction ID, and the reason for your request. Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
